This year’s theme highlights the beauty and diversity of grape varietals, with each tasting station offering a distinctive pairing experience inspired by the colors, origins, and flavors of the grapes themselves. Embark on a curated tasting journey across The Carson Center stage, where artistry meets indulgence in an immersive culinary adventure.
Chef Sara Bradley, celebrity chef and owner of freight house and finalist on Top Chef Season 16 and Top Chef: World All Stars, will once again wow guests with thoughtfully crafted dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients. Each course will be perfectly paired with premium wines selected by our wine partner Wagner Wine and Spirits.
